2 agents for the same* price as 1

Our commission rate starts at 6% of the selling price of your home. No retainer fee is due up front, we only get paid when you do. The only time we will consider lowering our rate is if our client has to come out of pocket at the time of closing. This is a service industry, and like any service provided, you commonly get what you pay for. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction in our level of commitment to you and your house. *Our company policy for listing homes is 6%, however, it is personally decided and always negotiable between the agent and client. By claiming we are the same price as one, we are referring to the fact that another agent working solo can charge you the same commission rate.  All commission rates will vary depending on independent need.
